Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-3 Working Days) - Free orders over £20, otherwise £2.99

Royal Mail Next Day (Delivery Mon-Sat, Order By 2pm*) - £7.99

*This means our order cut-off time for next day delivery is 2pm. Our shipping hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 2PM. If your order is placed after 2PM on Friday, your order will be shipped the following working day.

International Economy Tracked (5-15 Working Days) - £14

European orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are not controlled by Dwylo.

Please monitor your tracking and pay any applicable charges promptly. If a parcel is refused or left uncollected, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. Where permitted by law, actual return-to-sender costs may be deducted.

USA SHIPPING

International Economy Tracked (3-12 Working Days) - £18

Applicable US import tariffs and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. US orders are sent using Royal Mail’s Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, so customers should not be asked to pay those import duties again on delivery. If you are unexpectedly asked to make an additional customs payment, please contact support@dwylo.com before paying it.
