In these terms, “Dwylo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Blue Gold Vintage Limited trading as Dwylo. “You” means the customer using our website or purchasing from us.
You can contact us at support@dwylo.com.
These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse, place an order through or otherwise use dwylo.com. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
Dwylo sells vintage, pre-owned and second-hand clothing, accessories and related goods. Vintage items are individual and may show signs of age, previous wear, repair, fading, marks or other minor imperfections.
We aim to describe and photograph every item as accurately as reasonably possible. Any material flaws, alterations or notable wear will be included in the item description or shown in product photographs where practical. Customers should review all photographs, descriptions and measurements before ordering.
Measurements are supplied as a guide. Please compare them with a similar item that fits you well rather than relying solely on the tagged size. Vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizing.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography.
References to third-party brand names are used only to identify the item being sold. Dwylo is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any third-party brand unless we expressly state otherwise.
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the required legal standard.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to buy the item(s) in your basket. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
Most Dwylo items are one-off pieces. An item may become unavailable if it is sold through another sales channel or if an inventory error occurs before your order is processed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible and issue a full refund for any payment taken.
We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing, listing, stock or payment error; suspected fraud; an issue with delivery; or another reasonable operational reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).
Prices are shown on the website in the currency selected or displayed at checkout. Prices for UK customers include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your order.
For international orders, local taxes, import duties, customs charges or handling fees may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised and received before an order is accepted and dispatched.
Prices, promotions and discount codes may change or end at any time. A discount code may normally be used once per order, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another offer unless we state otherwise.
We dispatch orders from Sheffield, United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Dispatch times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We use carriers including Royal Mail, FedEx and UPS, depending on the destination and service selected.
Further delivery information, charges and estimated transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
For consumer orders, an item remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive it. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather or inaccurate delivery details supplied by you.
Our Returns Policy explains the return process in full.
If you are a UK or EU consumer buying online, you may normally cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at support@dwylo.com within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
For unwanted items, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Returned items may be handled only as they would be in a shop—for example, inspected or tried on. We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund if an item has been worn, damaged, altered, washed or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Once we receive and inspect a valid return, we aim to process the refund within three working days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. We will refund the original standard delivery charge where required by law; any additional charge paid for a premium delivery service is not normally refundable.
We offer refunds rather than exchanges. Because our stock is primarily one-off, an equivalent replacement is often unavailable.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy limits your legal rights if an item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. These rights apply equally to sale items.
Where we sell gift cards, pre-orders, bundles, mystery boxes, wholesale goods or made-to-order items, any additional product-specific terms shown on the relevant product page will apply.
Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. If there is a material delay, we will contact you with the available options.
Where a product is genuinely personalised or made to your specific requirements, statutory cancellation rights may be limited where the law permits. We will make this clear before you place the order.
These Terms do not replace any separate wholesale agreement agreed in writing between Dwylo and a business customer.
All content on this website, including the Dwylo name, logo, images, product descriptions, text, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Dwylo and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website is hosted and supported by Shopify and may use third-party services to process payments, fulfil orders, analyse website performance and deliver marketing where permitted. Please read the Privacy Policy for further detail.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to this, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes those protections where they apply.
